1. Description of the Service

QRtowork lets you create and manage dynamic QR codes, edit their destination without reprinting, measure scans with analytics, use your own domains (White-Label), and collaborate in workspaces with different roles. Available features depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Enterprise).

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Distribute illegal or fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Point QR codes to malicious destinations (malware, phishing).
• Artificially inflate or falsify scan metrics.
• Compromise the security or availability of the platform.

4. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed at the current rate published on the platform. Non-payment may lead to plan downgrade; already-printed QR codes will keep redirecting, but may stop recording analytics during the grace period.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the Service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The QR redirect path is designed to stay available even during partial platform incidents.

6. Cancellation and account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. After the request, a grace period applies before permanent deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. When a change is substantial, the version number will increase and you will be notified through the channels available in your account.
